All products at The Neon Collectibles are custom-made to order, and as such, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. No exceptions apply.

For orders placed with Partial Payment (COD), only the initial deposit amount may be refundable if a parcel is lost or damaged before delivery

Refunds for COD orders will also be considered at our discretion after verifying the claim
